AUSTRALIAN LAMB

  • 1 pound Australian leg of lamb
  • Vic Cherikoff DownUnder BBQ Bash Sauce
  • bamboo skewers
  • beer
  • red onions, wedged
  • 4-large pitas
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  1. Cut lamb into 1” cubes. Toss lamb cubes in Vic Cherikoff DownUnder BBQ Bash Sauce and let rest for 1 hour.
  2. Soak bamboo skewers in beer to prevent burning.
  3. Skewer lamb cubes alternately with red onion wedges; season and brush with more sauce.
  4. Grill lightly for 2 minutes.

Serve in warm pita bread with a tablespoon of yogurt mixed with tablespoon of BBQ Bash sauce.
