grilled australian lamb loin chops
with garlic pepper recipe
Recipe Serves 4-6
AUSTRALIAN LAMB
8-12 Australian lamb loin chops
3 tablespoons olive oil
SEASONING BLEND
2 teaspoons black pepper, cracked
pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, dry, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoons salt
In a small bowl, prepare seasoning blend.
With paper towel, pat the lamb dry and roll in seasoning blend. Press mixture firmly into the meat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator, let warm up to room temperature.
Preheat grill.
In skillet over medium high temperature, quickly sear chops in hot olive oil on both sides until light brown.
Remove chops from skillet and place on grill. Grill to desired doneness. Remove from heat and serve.
