We have prepared the Lamb Tagine twice now, and it is simply one of the most delicious recipes we have ever tried. I can't wait to share it with our daughters when they are home from school.
I made the Herb-and-Caper-Rolled Australian Lamb Leg (from Simply Delicious) a few months ago, and my husband raved about it, and said it was the best lamb he'd ever eaten (and he loves lamb). I did not make the Ratatouille suggested with the recipe, but it really didn't need it - the lamb was wonderful on it's own!!
