What is the best experience you ever had with Australian Lamb?

We made the Lamb Tagine recipe from the Simply Delicious cookbook for a party about a year ago. I met one of the party guests just a few days ago and she reminded me AGAIN how much she enjoyed the meal. Perfect for the fall weather we've having in Maryland.
Well, I'd have to say it was back in 1989 when I was in the Navy. We had a port visit to Bunbury and I found this little hotel outside of town with a small diner and a fantastic view. To this day I can remember a fantastic plate of chops and a great Aussie red (wine). Glad to see Austalian Lamb at many shops.
