You start with raw lamb chops . Wash them in cold water. You pepper them with Montreal Steak pepper. Place them in Crock Pot you pour in Trader Joes Low Sodium Butternut squash soup covering all the meat. Add 1 Yam medium size pealed and cubed. Then a 1/4 cup of low sodium Vegetable Juice Trader Joes. Crock at high 3 hours. That is all.
