I had a small rack of lamb the other night, and did nothing but baste it with the mint jelly and worchestershire sauce from your recipes online.  Baked it at 350 for 1/2 hour and let it rest 15 min.  It was perfectly rare, juicy and had a fabulous flavor.  My husband thinks I'm a genius.  And I hardly did a thing.
